Steven Kay - Instructor

For the last 10 years, Steve has been been making "exercise" and "fitness" fun words. In his 30's Steve struggled to find the commitment to a lifestyle change that involved daily exercise. The ultimate solution was to find a way to make exercise fun! Now Steve is bringing his unique approach to fitness classes to Ready to Rumba in a class called "Total Body Fit". Steve's fitness history includes weight training, Taekwondo (black belt attained in 2008), and Yoga. For the last 3 years, Steve and his partner Suzanne have been synthesizing new work-out programs, which has led to classes such as Salsa Fit, Pole Fit, and Total Body Fit.
