Pole Dance
Once only in the realm of strip clubs, women have repossessed and redefined pole dancing. Now, women are dancing it for themselves. Combine relative strength training with a cardio workout to sculpt your body like no other exercise. All dance and fitness levels are welcome. Challenge your inhibitions and your biceps!
