So, you think you can dance and get in shape? Now you can have your own "Dancing With The Stars" workout. Spice up your cardio workout with our low-impact, Salsa Fit class. Get a toned dancer's body while you move to the hot rhythms of salsa, meringue, cha cha cha, and samba. No partner needed. All ages, dance, and fitness levels.

Total Body Fit

Explore your limits in this ultra intense 1000 calorie burning class. Interweaving ring training, interval training, max cardio, push-up /burpie /superjump challenges, you'll take your fitness to the next level. From week to week the program changes, so your body bypasses the "plateau" effect. Be prepared for a lot of sweat! First timers must be in above average shape, and are encouraged to take the class at their own pace. Hardcore types are given a challenge to sink their teeth into. Perfect for both men and women!!

Dance Fit

Join our instructors for a hot fitness sampler that is sure to keep you on your toes! Incorporating moves from all kinds of dance to make an exciting and effective workout. Come see what's up tonight, experience the best moves from Hip Hop, Salsa, Gyrokinesis, Bellyfit, or even Swing. Keep your muscles guessing, and keep them strong!
