So, you think you can dance and get in shape? Now you can have your own "Dancing With The Stars" workout. Spice up your cardio workout with our low-impact, Salsa Fit class. Get a toned dancer's body while you move to the hot rhythms of salsa, meringue, cha cha cha, and samba. No partner needed. All ages, dance, and fitness levels.

Pole Fit & Stretch

Originally designed to develop strength, flexibility and cardio for pole dancers, this heart pumping hour is the best we have to offer for overall fitness. This class may be best described as a constantly evolving combination of interval and strength training, with the pole used only as a counterpoint to movement. Exercises are designed to be taken at any level of ability. Beginners are encouraged to take the class at their own pace, while the hardcore types are given something to really sink their teeth into. Perfect for both men and women!

Belly Fit

Come shake your groove thing to hot Arabic tunes! Get a taste of Belindance belly dance in a fitness setting. No experience necessary, the moves are basic and you can learn as you go. This class is a great fitness option with a warm up, aerobic portion and a stretch sequence to cool down.

Dance Fit

Join our instructors for a hot fitness sampler that is sure to keep you on your toes! Incorporating moves from all kinds of dance to make an exciting and effective workout.
